Hi Kevin, I also found this to be pretty unreliable, sometimes a message plays and other times it doesn't or a screen opens up where I can forward the message. I asked one of my employees to take a look and he said that visually there is a rather small play button which Voiceover doesn't read and I think there is also a Delete and Forward button, they are to the left of the message and appear to be not accessible.
