Go into settings, then route, and flick right to pedestrian, and if it says pedestrian pedestrian mode, then double tap pedestrian and flick right to where it says pedestrian mode with street announcements and double tap. See if that was the trouble. This also assumes you have the setting under sound to include voice with street names. HTH, Richard
