I have had my small jam box speaker since they came out; that is a couple of years now?
This morning, I took it off charging and it is not working. I just get a fuzzy squealing sound. I have checked that the eye device is working with another Bluetooth device. I have tried unpairing and re-pairing with no success. It will go into demo mode and does say the device is fully charged. Is there any sort of reset on the speaker itself or combination of buttons to totally reset it? Any other suggestions? All thanks!
