Sent from my iPhonei habe had to make many calls to apple care disability support in the last 24 hours. Often they are wrong. Used to be very good. Original issue was my 4s speaker. They suggested a reset. Big mistake. Didn't solve the problem and created many more issues. Thank you list for your good support.
