I would recommend the Logitech 810 or 811 models. I have the 810 and it works just as well as the 811. The only difference is the 810 is supposed to be for windows devices, and the 811 for MACS. I use the 810 just fine with my iDevice. It is a pretty thin keyboard with great-sized keys.
