where do you find itunes backups on the hd?

Hi folks,
Last night I recorded a radio broadcast on OOTunes that's about an
hour and forty minutes long. I'd like to transfer it to my computer
for safekeeping since it has some really great music. Even though
it's not the best quality recording I might also want to edit the
recording using Audacity or something like it and burn it to a CD
later. So, is there an easy way to transfer that OOTunes recording to
my PC using ITunes or am I stuck with leaving the recording on my phone?
