Yes, you can delete through the dropbox app. Near the top you will come to an actions button. Double tap the actions button, flick right until you get to select. Double tap select, and a list of your dropbox folders will come up. Flick through the list of folders, double tapping the folders you want to delete. This will select the ones you double tap. Once you have selected all of the folders you want to delete, go to the bottom of the screen and you will find 2 buttons, move and delete. Double tap the delete button to delete the selected folders.
