Recently, I wrote about my jam box no longer connecting via Bluetooth. I contacted support today and we determined it is my auxiliary port that is the problem. Interesting how that can affect the Bluetooth connectivity.
One interesting thing I did learn in the call was, if your device is connected via Bluetooth, and you press the round key for battery status, it will give you the battery level. However, if you are not connected via Bluetooth, it will alert you that you can pair the device. That is one way of telling whether or not you should have Bluetooth available. Unfortunately, I am about six months out of warranty. However, the support person recommended I pursue replacement, indicating they may forgive the time elapsed or make other arrangements for replacement. -- The following information is important for all members of the viphone list.
