If you go all the way down to the bottom of the first 50 results on your wish list, there is a place where you can double tap that says load more. When I double tap on this, VoiceOver will then say 100, then if I go to the very bottom again, and double tap on load more, VoiceOver will then say 134, which is the amount of titles I actually have on my wish list.
