Now that I have had to do one reset and reload apps to my Iphone 4s, I am
having a problem with the mlb at bat app and it's link to mlb gameday audio
on my pc.

The gameday audio page keeps giving me a prompt to enable cookies. Yes, it
is obvious that I am not very computer literate. I called mlb tech support,
and their accessibility line. They were unable to solve the issue. Despite
what I don't understand, usually in the past I expect a tech support person
to be able to walk me through the steps to resolve an issue. Frankly, I
don't think they understand what a screen reader is or does. They said they
do not show me as registered for the gameday audio site. When I explained
that I had restored my purchase with the at bat app, and there is a link to
combine the two services, she didn't seem to know what I was saying. I even
called Microsoft toll free disability support line. She wanted me to do all
kinds of resets/changes to my browser. I was skeptical of more issues, so I
declined. Any guidance on enabling cookies, or how to get the mlb gameday
audio pc site to work in conjunction with the at bat app is appreciated.
