Hi Karen, You could easily try to unsubscribe and resubscribe yourself, the instructions are at the bottom of each message, but to unsubscribe, just send an email to [email protected], I don't think you really have to put anything in the subject or message body, but putting "Unsubscribe" in either field won't hurt. In order to resubscribe, sending an email to [email protected] should do the trick.
If you want Raul or Cara to help you will probably get a reply quicker if you send them a message directly since they may or may not see your post.
