Hello Jenny,
OK, I saw the Skype update this morning and know now where you saw this about "removing contacts". This has indeed changed a bit in this version of Skype. The easiest way to do this is to double tap on a contact, then once the contact is open double tap o the contact name again at the top of the screen which will show you the contacts profile. You can also get there by opening a contact, then double tap the "More" button at the bottom right and select "Profile" from the menu. At the bottom of the profile is another "More" button and in this menu you now have "Block" and "Remove". There is no longer a "Block and Remove" option as I assume that removing a contact will either block it automatically or maybe it asks if you want to also block the contact if you tap on Remove. Since I didn't have a contact to be removed I didn't try this. In the What's New they also mentioned that you can send voice messages, I have not yet found where you can do this. I thought it would be in the media menu where you can send a photo or video message, but those are still the only 2 options in that menu.
