Hi Hope, If you're running iOS 7, go to Siri settings, General > Siri. Plug in your device, either to the wall or your computer. Then, go down to the voice selection field -- I forget the exact name. change the gender from male to female, or veisa versa if you have the female voice selected. Once this is done, the setting change will trigger your device to download the necessary files for the high quality voice.
