Hi, I'm considering the fitbit series a little while now and did some intensive readings and reviews about the different products within the fitbit range. Most reviews and readings suggest that fitbit One will be a better, and more accurate tracker compare to Fitbit Flex. With Fitbit Flex, apparently it will consider your hand movement as actual steps. E.g. if you are talking to someone sitting down, but your hand is moving while you are talking, the Fitbit Flex might consider you as taking steps. Hope this help
