I'm a TMobile customer. I use an iPhone 5s. I do pay for the top plan. About $115 a month. I think my plan is more than most, as I make use of mobile hotspot, so I can tether my iPad. I usually call in and pay, so can't vouch for site accessibility. I get ok coverage in south central Texas. Best along the i35 corridor.
