Initially, I found this confusing as well. This is what I do. I have my finger on Seattle WA, to read the quick info. If I double tap on it, this is where the 7Day forecast appears below. Double tapping on the current day, brings up hour by hour. If I put my finger back on Seattle WA & double tap, more details appear like sunrise, sunset, wind speed, etc.
