I have an amazon basics keyboard which I have always used successfully with my iPhone. When pared, I would press a key and it would come up in speech mode immediately. The regular commands could be executed such as VO commands and typing in edit boxes etc. However over the past several days, although the keyboard says connected with bluetooth on, there is no speech. If I am in an edit box such as search for iPhone I can tap a key and the keyboard will speak. If I hit the home button to go to perform another task however the keyboard goes back to no speech mode. I know also there is a key on my function row past f12 keyboard hidden and visible but it only speaks obviously when in that edit box time then reverses to silence. If anyone can help me off list I would very much appreciate it. I use this keyboard often but can't use it well the way it is now.
