Hello Eric and Les, I joined SXM last year just for this reason. I started out with an Internet subscription because I was told that was all I needed by customer service. But I soon learned that I still could not access any of the NFL games. So after calling the customer service again, I learned that you have to have a radio subscription before you can access the NFL games. At that time, if you signed up for a radio subscription, they would send you a portable satelite radio for free. So that is what I did. It might seem expensive just to listen to NFL games, but actually you are able to listen to games from all sports; MLB, NFL, NHL, Nascar, College, plus lots more. And that is not even counting all of the music, and other stations you get. I mainly use the Radium app to listen to my SXM, because this allows me to listen to things no matter where you are. I have also found the listening quality very good, and I have never had to deal with losing my connection.
