Hi, I don't think there is a simple way. However, I have an alarm app that I
have set for every half hour. I beeps and then goes away. But after a number
of times it does this, there are all those announcements I hear when I
unlock my phone. All I have to do is to open the app and then close it
again, and this clears all announcements, until I get one again. I know it
doesn't really answer your question. I don't know if all apps work this way,
but it's worth a try.

again,

I assume you're talking about the lock screen. What I'll do to clear out
that list occasionally is just unlock my phone. I'm not aware of any other
solutions.
