This is simple, it works like this:
1. In the Weather app double tap on "Edit Cities"
2. Swipe to the city you want to delete and swipe up or down with one
finger. The action rotor is active here so a swipe up or down toggles
from
"Activate\" to "delete".
3. Once you are on Delete, just double tap.
