Is there a way to set voice dream reader so that it will not go to the next item when it finishes playing the item currently being listened to? Yes, it is in settings, under advanced, where it says: Auto-Advance to Next Article When Finished.
Also is there a way to make it repeat the current item from the beginning? Yes, just double tap on the percentage and enter a 0, or double on page and enter 1. Can it be set to read only certain sections of an item over and over? Not really. You could enter a bookmark, and then go to that bookmark.
