Anna, Track This has been gone for a long time now, didn't you notice yet?
Parcel is probably a very good one, at least as accessible as Posted, but I think notifications work better. I use Delivery Status Touch, but push notifications also don't work so good. Ship-Rack indeed is off the app store right now. Maybe it's just because they are going to release a new version. Keep in mind that iOS 8 is coming soon and a lot of apps will be updated to be compatible prior to the launch.
