Hello All, This may be old news for some of you but, I just pre-ordered my new iPhone 6 by calling Apple. The website wasn't working for me, probably due to countless others trying to do the same thing, so I decided to try calling Apple figuring I had nothing to lose. The first few calls, I got a recording stating that they couldn't answer due to "high call volume" but then I got in and only waited about 10 or so minutes and then the agent answered. 5 minutes or so later, I had successfully ordered my new phone and I was done, just like that.
