I've already downloaded all the English high quality voices for my 5s. It's
one of the advantages os saving up your money until you can buy the iPhone
with the largest size hard drive you can get. Plenty of storage room.....

The female compact voice is still the default. You still have to download
the high quality voice and if you want Alex you have to download him, he is
almost 900 Mb.
