Hi Robin,
Different strokes for different folks. I don’t see any problem with
Apple offering a 6 Plus which is larger and maybe has slightly
improved features over the 6, after all, if you buy a car or other
products you have a huge choice of various models and you just buy
the one you like and can afford. In any case, unless I am mistaken
one of the only differences between the 6 and 6 Plus apart from the
size is the fact that the 6 Plus has optical image stabilization. Why
is this not in the 6? I have no idea, maybe it didn’t fit into the
smaller and slightly thinner case, maybe it’s not there because Apple
simply decided to put it only in their larger phone. Similarly, last
year they offered the iPhone 5S with the A7 processor and they
offered the cheaper 5C with a plastic case and only the A6 processor.
Could they have put an A7 into the 5C? Sure they could have and maybe
even for the same price, but they didn’t do so for their own reasons
of marketing or whatever. That is just what companies do.

Why NOT offer the same "specs" on both models of the
ForthComing/UpComing Apple iPhones (Apple iPhone 6+ & Apple iPhone 6)
with quite possibly the exception of whatever measures are required
to simulate equivalent "Battery Life-Performance" on both of them? To
add unique features to one,and exclude the other, gives 1 an
advantage over the other even if it is larger, in my opinion.
