Depends on the pocket - see Apple's website for the dimensions. As no one yet has the new iPhones, no one can say what accessibility changes there will be. However, since they use iOS8 just as the rest of the line does, I imagine there won't be much change at all. The only things I can think of are changes that sighted and blind may or may not enjoy, like the special landscape mode on the Plus or the extra characters on the keyboard in landscape mode on either phone.
