If what you are trying to do is pair your devices and your Mac to enable phone
calls, it is my understanding that this is not necessary at all. This is
working for me, and I have done nothing with bluetooth. The devices and
computers have to be connected to the same wifi network and connected to the
same iCloud account, but I don't think they need to be connected by bluetooth.
You make outgoing calls in Facetime. if i've misunderstood what you are trying
to do, I apologize.

I tried and tried to turn over a new leaf.
I got crumpled wads of tear-stained paper
thrown in the trash!
Then God gave me a new heart and life:
His joy for my despairing tears!
And now, every day:
"This I call to mind,
and therefore I have hope:
The steadfast love of the Lord
never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness."
(Lamentations 3:21-23 ESV)
