Say you get a report that the top and right edges are in view, and that you are rotated twenty degrees clockwise. That means that you'd first rotate your phone left a bit, to counter that twenty-degree angle, then pull it a bit left and down to try to get the two edges it didn't mention in the view. Once you make those changes, get another report and try again. If you can never get all four edges in the view at once, either raise the phone straight up, or, if you feel like it should work, give the scan a try.
