There are also at least 2 or 3 Podcasts on Applevis which are about iOS 8 accessibility and iOS 8 bugs. If you have a Podcast client I highly recommend you subscribe to the Applevis podcast, you can set it to not download any Podcasts, but this way you get to see what they release and you can either stream or download any podcasts you want to listen to. Furthermore, Jonathan Mosen has just finished a presentation on the Accessible World Tech Talk. I have pasted his email letting the list know about it below so you can go and listen to a recording of his presentation. Anyhow, in short, iOS 8 has some neat new features and some even neater new bugs. Knowing your reaction after iOS 6 and iOS 7 came out, I think your decision to stay with iOS 7.1.2 is a good one. Wait until iOS 8.0.1 comes out and see what fixes are reported on the Viphone list and on Applevis and then you can see if you want to upgrade or wait a bit longer for more fixes to happen.
