Hi Pablo,
I accidentally deleted your message asking how to download Alex.
1. Go to settings, general, accessibility, VoiceOver, Speech.
2. Double tap on language and dialects.
3. You should find Alex in that list. Double tap on Alex and plan to wait
like long time while he downloads.
This should make it your default voice now.
