Raul,

Based on the subject line it appears Andrew has an iPad Mini Retina. Maybe
deleting the app and reinstalling will help.

Hi, which iPad mini is it? The first one, or the second one with retina?
I have the second one and it works fine.

podcast from AppleVis, where he demonstrates the app on his iPhone 5S, his
Voiceover is very snappy. Has anyone else experienced this sluggishness on
iPad mini?

Is it possible to use just Voiceover to read the scanned and recognised
document?
