This does not exist unless you jailbreak your iPhone. OK, now that I say it does not exist I'll confuse you by saying that it does exist, but the only way to do this is to use a service where the calls are actually recorded on somebody's server. This means if you get a call you want to record, you would have to tell the caller to hold on while you open the app and initiate basically a 3-way call with your caller, yourself and the server where the call then is recorded. Most of these apps/services cost money and I think they are not a good solution. Many of them claim they work easily and lots of them have very low ratings in the app store. It's a work-around at best and in any case, I would not want to record any of my calls on somebody elses server where I have no idea what security is in place and who might have access to said calls.
If you want in-app call recording on an iPhone then you have to use a Voip app like Bria or Groundwire where your calls are voice over IP and where a true call recorder is built into the app and the call is recorded directly to your phone. This of course is much easier for outbound calls unless you sign up with a Voip provider for an inbound phone number so you can also be called.
