Very numerous, but here are just a few: * Way better internals - more ram, faster processor, newest wifi, and so on * NFC for making payments (coming soon) * vastly improved camera * Touch ID, for making payments, entering passwords, unlocking your phone, and more with just a fingerprint * a much larger screen, making it easier to examine maps, webpages, and other content you would explore with a finger instead of flicking through * lighter and thinner, though taller and wider - you will get used to it, but a 6 or 6 Plus will be a shock at first * far better support for iOS8, and more iOS versions in the future - the 4S will likely not get anymore updates, but the 6 will get them for years to come * Overall, you'll find the 6 or 6 Plus a huge improvement in terms of speed, performance, and so on.
