No issues here except if I move my phone which might cause the proximity sensor to briefly kick in thinking it should switch to speakerphone. If that happens there are brief outages so to speak. If you are talking about people not hearing you at all then No, that is not an issue here and I have not seen a single message since iOS 8 was released where somebody had that issue.
