I use a software called iDealshare VideoGo which can batch convert CAF files to WAV, MP3, AIFF, Apple Lossless, AAC, WMA and etc.
It even supports directly drag the folder where the CAF files to the main window of this software. More exciting, it can edit CAF files like increase audio volume, change audio channel and etc. And it has both Mac version and Windows version.
