Hello All,

After updating to 8.02, I noticed with some relief that, on my 4 S, when
powering on the phone, the lock screen wallpaper and status info are once
again displayed and announced, just as in previous versions. With iOS 8.0,
in my case anyway, regardless of how long I waited, the lock screen with all
of its info would not automatically engage after a power up. That is to
say, I had to first tap the Power button in order to see them.

Also, the accuracy of the VoiceOver cursor has been greatly improved, at
least when activating items on the screen.

Before this most recent update, in order to activate the Settings icon from
the launch screen, I had to double-tap just slightly above the actual
Settings icon, itself. Now, as in previous versions, I can activate an icon
by tapping the center of the icon.

I actually have access to three 4 S devices, mine, and two belonging to two
other people and everything I described holds true for them all. My 4 S is
with A T & T Wireless and the other two are with Verizon Wireless and
Sprint.

Slowly but Surely, eh?

Mark
