It all depends on your expected usage. That is, if you never store music,
movies, audio books, tons of voices, or huge apps on your phone, 16GB is
fine. If, however, the extra 48GB is worth the $100 so you *can* fit all
the
stuff I just listed, that's fine too. Basically, there's no functional
difference between the two, and the 64GB is $100 more. Only you know if
the
price increase and thereby storage increase is worth it. Personally, I
have
a 16GB phone that currently has 4GB free, but no music or movies on it,
and
I don't use audio books.
