I've tried to do do that once before, when I close the app it still keeps one making the tone. Lol I don't know if it's just me having bad luck or what but somethings wrong. And you've guessed it, I didn't get the chance to downgrade, waited too long. Lol. But that's okay I guess, maybe they will fix this annoying bug soon. If it does not then before you reboot I would bring up the app switcher and remove the Phone app to see if this will stop it.
