I heard sometimes though you pay extra fees to call and order and don't get the discounts you can online. I'm not sure if they've eliminated the inaccessible captchas for doing it online. The last time I ordered tickets for dad and I for fathers day awhile back for a brewer game, I got them quite a bit off on scorebig.com, which was reasonably accessible, but not everything goes there.
