First of all, I discovered that I had nfl mobile twice in iTunes but the same version. I deleted both then attached my 5S and transfered purchases which put just one copy of nfl mobile back. But when I then synced with my 6+, the app still didn't appear on the 6+. May go back later and try the "install" button instead if it isa vailable.
But what is exciting is that I figured out why we have had so much trouble signing in and connecting nfl audiopass accounts to our nfl mobile app. For some reason, at the button that is unlabeled after the descriptor about already being a subscriber, if you then enter your username and password, you get an error or it says cannot connect to itunes. I think that something isn't activated because we can't see it with voiceover. So after trying this again futilely on my 5S as I have been doing all season, I went ahead and double-tapped "register" instead. Within that window, I found the sign in button again. I double-tapped that, entered my information and this time I got "welcom" with my username. I then could explore game info on the nfl website though it must have been through the nfl mobile app because safari didn't appear to open. I then hit the back button repeatedly until I got to the menu icon. I then found audiopass as one of my choices along with verizon premium, nfl now, etc - will try to trace through how I got there and post it later. I am now listening to a game via audiopass. what remains to be seen is whether I will be signed in next time but at least now I know how to do it. This is the strangest app: not really accessible in that you can't just use common sense and press the right buttons, but still useable if you know what to do. -- Cheryl I tried and tried to turn over a new leaf.
