Hi all, So far, I've managed to get some truly amazing scans from KNFB Reader, which I downloaded this morning. However, I've also managed to get plenty of useless scans. The thing is, this is on the same printed document, same lighting (at night with an overhead light on), on the same desk, same settings, same phone, same orientation... Sometimes scans are incredible, and more often they are somewhat good down to complete garbage. I'm using the Field of View Report feature, Tilt Guidance, I have the light on (but flash set to automatic), and auto-detection of text is off. Any suggestions on how to get better scans than worse ones? I know every scan won't be perfect, but to change nothing and get such wildly varying results is frustrating and, to me, makes no sense.
