You will have to Agree a couple of times to Apple's terms and conditions so the update is not automatic. Quite a few people have reported that Money Reader and Light Detector and for some even Camfind have not been working. This seems to be fairly random, but there is a chance it may not work. Since you have a 4S I would take a bit of time before you do the update and read what Applevis had to say after iOS 8 came out, they have a fairly comprehensive listing of all the bugs. iOS 8.0.2 did not really fix anything Voiceover related, at least not in a major way. Unless there is a specific reason why you want to be on iOS 8, waiting a bit longer might not be a bad idea especially since once again some 4S users (not all) have reported iOS 8 makes their device quite slow and some experience Voiceover crashing and automatically restarting itself a lot.
