Hello. I have put all my apps from my iPhone on my iPad Mini. Some apps
perform a little quirky, while others perform okay. I do have Goggles on my
iPad, but I have not used it yet.

To get your iPhone apps on your iPad Mini, do the following steps:
First, open up your App Store. Next, click on the purchased tab. It is tab 4
of 5, located on the bottom right-hand corner of your iPad Mini. In the top
left-hand corner of your iPad, right underneath the status bar, you should find
an iPad Apps button. Double click on that. A pop up window should appear.
VoiceOver will say, "selected, iPad Apps". Touch the pop up with one finger to
put focus on the pop up window. VoiceOver will say, "dismiss pop up…". At
that point, swipe ones to the right with one finger, voiceOver will say,
"selected, iPad Apps". Swipe again to the right and you should hear, "iPhone
Apps". Double tap on that. Now all your iPhone apps should be visible. Put
your finger back in the top left-hand corner underneath the status bar and you
should hear, "iPhone Apps button". You can swipe to the right to pick your
search criteria and download the apps you want to install on your iPad. Good
luck.
