For those who don't want to hassle with cliking on the link in the forwarded message, here's a thumbnail synopsis. Hopefully I got this right. IOS 8 will slow down older phones like the 4S. IOS 8 is designed for larger displays, and, that being the case, the extra space required onscreen may preclude proper use of the onscreen keyboard. IOS 8 requires much more space to install, which could be a problem on older phones with limited storage. IOS may ruin your ability to use wi-fi. And, last bun not least, IOS 8 may seriously impact battery life.
