If your Jambox is connected anmd a call comes in just press the main button, the round one, it answers incoming calls and hangs up calls which are in progress. Keep in mind that if you have a bluetooth speaker or headset connected and you answer the call on the phone it is automatically routed to the phone's earpiece, you have to answer the call from the Jambox if you want it on the Jambox. I should also mention that the speakerphone quality of the Jambox is not that great and it's probably not something you want to use for an extended call, at least I don't. You hear the other person well, but you will not sound good to them. There are few bluetooth speakers out there especially those who are primarily designed for music which offer acceptable call quality. I am not sure what you mean by stereo on your Jambox and not stereo on your laptop. I actually don't think the Jambox plays true stereo, it is just a single little speaker after all. I don't know what laptop you have and why you think it doesn't play in stereo. There are definitely some new laptops out there especially the higher-end 15 and 17 inch models which have very good built-in speakers and some of them even have built-in subwovers.
