Hi Mark,

I received an email from Apple accessibility this morning. Basically, they
stated that they couldn't do in-depth troubleshooting from this address
(whatever that means) and to start with a restore from backup followed by a
restore to default settings if the other doesn't work. My decision in this
matter is that I'll leave it as is because I'll be purchasing an iPhone 6 in
the near future and turning this one in for whatever credit AT and T will give.
I have bigger fires to put out with my Mac that needs immediate attention.
Thanks for posting.

Best
Eileen
