Hi, Yes as per the instructions which the app’s maker gives and which have been posted here previously if in notifications center one turns off all associated alert types to none while leaving only sounds on the app should not speak the time or cause the phone to vibrate unless one has vibrating settings set to be triggered by such events elsewhere in sounds for instance.
