Why not just take out the email address for that person, finalize the order
and then you can put it back?

Using the Apple Store app, once I add something to the cart and then double
tap the checkout button and sign in, I get the screen showing me the summary
of my order, including my billing address as the default ship to address.
However, wanting to ship to another person, if I double tap on the address
shown, one of the options I get is to import a shipping address from my
contacts.  
And, if I double tap that option after already confirming it is okay for the
app to access my contacts, a list of my contacts comes up and I am able to
select one.  Then, in this case, seeing as I have more than one phone number
for the individual, I'm prompted to select which phone number I want to use,
and then I'm shown the rest of the contact information for the person after
I've selected the phone number.  My question, as I hate to assume; but,
since I'm also shown the email address for the contact in question, am I
still safe to assume that the email confirmation of my order would only be
sent to my email address, as the one paying the bill, and not to that of the
contact to which I would be shipping the product?
