You want the field of view report to say "all four edges visible."
Start with the phone flat on the page with the camera in approximately the 
center of the page.
Then lift it up about 12 to  16 inches above the page.
The degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise refers to whether the phone is going 
in the same direction as the page. If you are using an 8.5 by 11 inch page, 0 
degrees would mean the phone was perfectly lined up with the short ends of the 
phone pointing the same direction as the short ends of the page.
It's late and I am not sure that made sense, but I hope it did.
