Hi Jen, Thank you for the suggestion. I have updated many devices before and never experienced this problem. Voice over would not read the "slide to set up" area. I tapped where the welcome was in Italian and the screen advanced to allow me to finish setting up in English. I kept swiping left, right, up and down and could not get vo to read "slide to set up." Go figure.
